20 Things To Achieve in 2020

The new year celebration is always an exciting time because it represents the start of a fresh beginning, a time to reinvigorate the soul and conqueror a new set of goals. I was chatting with one of my clients and she inspired me to create a list of the 20 things I’d like to achieve in 2020. I keep hearing that you need to put your goals out into the universe to make them a reality so I’m going to give it a shot and hope for the best.

I’m excited for the start of a new year and the opportunities it holds, I feel good about my list and it’s motivating to see all my desires in one place.

I’ll make sure to keep track of them throughout the year and hopefully I’ll get to check them all off by this time next year!

  1. Incorporate Yoga & stretching into my lifestyle

  2. Complete a Spartan Race

  3. Complete my 9th & 10th MS (multiple sclerosis) rides

  4. Get my nutrition certification through NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine)

  5. Pass my last exam to become a registered landscape architect

  6. Use the word ‘no’ and not feel guilty about it

  7. Collaborate and expand my relationships within San Antonio’s fitness community

  8. Worry less and enjoy the journey that is life

  9. Spend more time with my family

  10. Work on conquering my fear of swimming

  11. Get lost in a new city

  12. Explore my own city and see all its treasures

  13. Write down something I am grateful for everyday

  14. Eat more greens

  15. Allow myself more time to rest & recover

  16. Help someone achieve a new goal

  17. Get involved in a non-profit that I’m passionate about

  18. Continue to challenge myself physically and mentally so I can challenge my athletes

  19. Learn a new & unique skill

  20. Be happy
