We also love foods that don’t require us to spend a lot of time in the kitchen because truthfully, cooking stresses us out---lol! But when we discovered the Brownie Batter Overnight Oat recipe from What the F Mikala, we decided to give it a go. I mean c’mon—brownie batter? Who doesn’t want that? Turns out this easy, chocolaty recipe was life changing—here’s why:

The recipe is so simple that even those of us who prefer to avoid the kitchen can handle it. Takes 5 minutes—tops!
It eliminates a little morning chaos by “cooking” in the fridge overnight. In other words—it’s a perfect grab and go.

1 Cup Dry, Quick Oats
1.5 Cups 2% Reduced Fat Vanilla Mootopia (Or Fairlife)
4 TBSP Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
2 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 TSP Sea Salt
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. Divide into two airtight containers and place in fridge overnight. Top with 1/2 Cup of fresh strawberries prior to serving. Makes two servings.
