One thing that always puts me in a great mood is finding new workout wear that not only fits well, but also allows me to express my personality. For the past year I’ve been OBSESSED with athletic shoes. I’ve collected enough footwear in different colors, styles, and designs to fill a small closet. I justify my extra spending by reminding myself that we shouldn’t just have one pair of athletic shoes---we need to have a variety of shoes to support a variety of workouts. For instance, I don’t wear my running shoes when I’m weight training, and I don’t wear my training shoes when I’m out running errands. In fact, not only do I have different shoes for running, lifting, and cycling, but I also have pairs designed specifically for recovery, and leisurely strolling around town.
I’m really excited about two of my recent purchases, the Nike Air Max 270, and the OOFOS Recovery Sport Sandal. They perform well, and look and feel great!
