Whether you prefer riding a bike outdoors or running with several hundred of your closest running friends, it’s the right time to start gearing up for fall events. What I love about participating in these events is that you create a consistent workout routine that helps keep you accountable throughout the holiday season. You tend to watch your eating habits and stay focused on your training schedule knowing that you have a goal to reach.
