Simple Solution: Lacrosse Balls

You know we love our foam rollers, but recently a friend turned me on to the benefits of using a rubber lacrosse ball for muscle aches and pains---and I now have one in my gym bag at all times! I love that it allows me to do more of a trigger point massage and really home in on those troublesome spots that my foam roller can’t quite hit.
