In a perfect world, we would eat organic, fresh foods made by our favorite local chefs at every meal. But in the real world, between meetings, after school activities, and trying to fit in a workout, you sometimes find yourself hitting the drive-thru just to keep from getting "hangry." Don't beat yourself up--- we’ve all been there! In fact, the fast food drive thru doesn't have to be the enemy. It is possible to find something healthy at most restaurants--you just might need to make a few modifications.
